That’s why we process your orders through SSL encryption technology while adhering to PCI (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards. Rest assure that your personal information is safe with us and that we will never share this information with third party entities.

How do I know my order was received?

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure to check your spam folder and filters.

Can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please e-mail  cs@fashionfabboutique.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached. Return package(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of original customer receipt and delivery confirmation date.

To make a return please follow the next three steps carefully.

Step 1: Fill out the Return Authorization Form (included in original package) completely; ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out.

Step 2: Safely enclose return item(s) in shipping package of your choice. Be sure to include complete Return Authorization Form, as we will not accept any returns without it. Seal your package and affix shipping label. Then simply drop your package off at mail carrier of choice. We strongly recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation for your return packages. We will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or late returned packages.

All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt. Customer will be refunded to their original method of purchase. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes. We do ship to PO boxes, or APO boxes.

Would love to share a photo with my purchase, how do I?

We’d love to see how you’ve styled and slayed in your FFB product. Simply follow us on Facebook and Instagram and tag us using hash tag #fashionfabboutique. We’ll be checking for you!

How do I report an issue with my product?

Please send an email to our customer service department at cs@fashionfabboutique.com or give us a call at 1.800.795.4480, Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm EST. All email and voice messages will be returned within 2 business days.

When are items shipped?

Items are shipped 3-5 business days after purchase. However, it is our highest priority to get your package(s) out to you ASAP so items may be shipped out much sooner.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. We offer wholesale pricing to retailers and distributors on select products. For more information on wholesale options, please send us an email to cs@fashionfabboutique.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the US and UK only.
